Welcome to Honeyrock. This little corner of the internet exists to provide devotionals, journaling tools, spiritual encouragement, and sweet sacred scribbles. By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms — kind, reasonable ones, we promise.
💬 Use of This Website
You may browse, share, shop, or simply read with a cup of tea in hand — all good. But you may not use our content or designs for commercial purposes without express permission. That includes copying product descriptions, duplicating artwork, or pretending Honeyrock is yours (cute, but no).
💳 Orders & Payments
We process payments securely via Paystack and Stripe (through WooCommerce). All prices are shown in [insert currency] and include applicable taxes where noted. Orders are considered final once payment is confirmed.
💼 Business Identity
Honeyrock is operated as a sole proprietorship by Zuraida Élodie. We’re based in South Africa but ship internationally through our partners.
🔁 2. Refunds & Returns Policy
All physical products are fulfilled through Printify — a trusted print-on-demand provider. Each item is made to order just for you.
🛑 Refunds & Exchanges
Because items are custom-printed, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
We will absolutely make it right. Just email us at info[at]honeyrocksa.com with photos and your order number within 7 days of receiving it.
📦 Replacements
Approved cases will be reprinted and resent at no additional cost.
🚚 3. Shipping Policy
All orders are printed and shipped via Printify’s global network. This means:
- ⏱️ Processing time: 2–5 business days
- 🌍 Shipping time: Varies by region, generally 5–15 business days
- 🛫 International customers: Customs fees, import taxes, or delivery delays may occur. These are out of our control and your responsibility.
We currently offer:
- 🇿🇦 South Africa: R59 flat rate | Free over R700
- 🌍 International: $6.99–$9.99 depending on region | Free over $75

We take your privacy seriously — no spiritual spam, we promise.
